The first step is to complete five skill areas of academic preparation before they start class. Attention to these areas - Constitution, Legal Language and Writing, Class participation skills, Computer skills, and General awareness knowledge - this allows all students to share the same skills platform that is essential for a successful experience at BSBRALC.

If necessary, students who have had little or no exposure to any of these skill areas are asked to use additional resources, such as courses or the intensive on-campus, off the class Program, to further develop their capabilities.
